WEEKLY GROUP CLASS

  This class was designed to showcase all the local food classics, we will prepare recipes form different parts of the country and show you all the tips and tricks you need to know to reproduce them to your families and friends back home. We will teach you how to prepare every dish from scratch, this is a fully hands on class and you will be sharing the results of your labour with other travelers that want to have a fun and enriching cultural activity. During the class we will tell you the story of each dish and recommend local restaurants and gastronomy experiences you can enjoy in Buenos Aires The Weekly Group Class will teach you everything you need to know to have a traditional local meal!   The Weekly Group Class includes: Empanadas Wi will make the dough form scratch, two different fillings (meat and corn) and we will cook them in two different ways for you to taste the difference. Spicy Chimichurri and Criolla sauce Two traditional local sauces that can be used to eat with empanadas, meat or anything you like! Northern Style Casserole This casserole comes form the north or argentina, has pumpkin and corn, topped with melted cheese, and it os so tasty! Alfajores de maicena Traditional biscuits made from cornstarch, filled with dulce de leche and side-coated with coconut on the side. Buenos Aires Meat and wine class

  Argentina is famous for many thing but there are  two you can’t miss out of, our Meat and Wine. The Malbec vines were brought from france in 1852, after more than a hundred years the wine produced in Argentina from the French descendant vines is recognized in the world wide market and we want to give you a food and wine cooking class to celebrate the best we have to offer. The Buenos Aires Meat and wine class will be everything you expect and more! The Buenos Aires Meat and Wine Class includes: Meat empanadas. (We will make the dough from scratch, the meat filling and learn how to assemble the empanadas) Meat cooked in the oven with a Malbec Wine sauce and potatoes.   The Buenos Aires Culinary day experience provides visitors with a unique insight into an Argentines full gastronomic experience.
